I would love some more information on how to download the driver for Sonoma and the control surface plug-in for logic and what you do with the Zip file after downloading. Hi, the Katana is absolutely great, but I wonder if it is possible to record audio tracks directly to an android device, through some app for example, using the OTG cable?

Can I connect the roland handsonic hpd 20 to the fantom via midi and record the pattern in fantom while playing on the handsonic ?

(I know I'm late to the party) Great video! All the Roland ads/literature say full integration with Cubase but I cannot for the life of me find any demo of this. Is it as fully integrated with Cubase 13 as this video shows it to be in Logic? Thank you in advance! (I'm referring to the Fantom 6EX).

Amp is wonderful, had it about a month, just getting the software today. No auto setup for me.

I got one, but it makes strange noises when I put it in Deep mode and play. low frequencies create problems for him. Great sound, but the problem is terrible, I contacted boss but still haven't received the assistance I needed. I'm a little sad and disappointed.

Gonna be super pedantic here, but the reason he had to switch down to B3 for the upper range setting of the lower part is not because it’s octave shifted. B3 is the note below C4. Octave shifts will not affect your zone range settings. His detailed explanations are still so appreciated, though, plus the fact he casually plays those searing lead lines like it’s no big deal never gets old. 👀

why didn't the layer 5 on 0 detune at 2:00 still have a detune sound from detuning layer 2 at 1:45 ? That doesn't make any sense. Also , when you select Super Layer and it creates more layers (parts) it makes their midi channel 1 instead of setting from the original part!! Why does it do this, so then you have to set the midi channel on all of those!! Who ever programmed this did not think it through. if you create other layers, their settings should be the same as the original part. The Korg Wavestate does that. I noticed it also changes the volume on the other parts. Why does it change all settings on new parts created by "super layer"?

Why not more than one loop progression ? What if u want to incorporate different loops into an entire song? One for verse and one for the chorus.

I’m importing a sample of a big sub hit, and while previewing the file on my flash drive it sounds totally fine. after I import it, there’s a huge high frequency buzz. any advice on how to solve this problem? I’ve tried different file types and different bitt rates, which all seem fine in preview mode before importing. I’ve also tried Normalizing on the Fantom and it sadly doesn’t solve the issue either. any advice??

Thanks guys. I've had mine a couple of years and don't get much time to play around. I was just playing around with the Unison function which I'm familiar with from 35 years of Roland synthesizer experience. I'm just checking that stacking down to 4 notes polyphony is correct? Sounds great by the way. I'm wondering, is it possible to select the division of oscillators somewhere to alter the unison polyphony? Seems like a silly question and maybe it's already covered in the manual. The massive manual in my garage in the massive box! Great synthesizer anyway

Why only one loop? What if u want to string together two or three or even four loops considering most songs consist of different chord progressions, verse and chorus or change.
